Lindner Law Group Disclosure

At Lindner Law Group, we believe in transparency and clarity. The information on this website is provided for general informational purposes only and should not be taken as legal advice. Every case is unique — for personalized guidance, please contact our attorneys directly to discuss your specific situation.

Transparency Builds Trust

This Disclosure Statement is provided to inform you about the nature of our legal representation, including the use of “of counsel” attorneys and referral arrangements, in compliance with the Pa. Rules of Professional Conduct rules 1.5 (e) and 7.2 (f) to ensure transparency and informed consent.

1. Use of “Of Counsel” Attorneys
Our firm maintains professional relationships with attorneys who serve in an “of counsel” capacity. These individuals are not partners or associates of the firm but maintain a close, ongoing relationship with our office. If your matter involves or benefits from the involvement of such an attorney, you will be informed of their participation, and their qualifications and role in your representation will be clearly explained.
All services rendered by “of counsel” attorneys will be provided under the supervision of Lindner Law Group and you will remain our client throughout the representation AT NO ADDITIONAL COST TO YOU.

2. Referral to Another Attorney or Law Firm
In some instances, we may determine that your legal matter would be better served—either in part or in full—by referring you to another attorney or law firm. Such a referral may occur due to a specific area of expertise, geographic location, or capacity considerations.

If a referral is made, you will be informed of:
• The identity of the attorney or firm receiving the referral;
• Whether any referral fee or fee-sharing arrangement exists;
• How fees will be allocated between the attorneys (if applicable); and
• That you have the right to be represented by counsel of your own choosing.

Any fee-sharing arrangement will only occur with your informed written consent, as required under Pennsylvania Rule of Professional Conduct 1.5(e). In such cases, the total fee charged to you will not be increased by reason of the fee division.

3. Your Rights
You have the right to:
• Be informed of who is handling your case and their role;
• Approve or decline any referral or the involvement of other attorneys;
• Receive clear, written information about any fees or costs involved;
• Terminate the representation at any time, subject to applicable legal obligations.

Please feel free to ask any questions regarding this disclosure or your representation generally.
